Silver Heart Pendant

I have been a studio artist my entire adult life and have earned my living from the sale of my jewelry and art work. Studio life has been a wonderful balancing act between working on my enamel Jewelry and my fine artwork, which includes my figurative sculpture (clay and bronze), as well as my wall collages (handmade paper, and cast paper), which are a mixture of flat and three dimensional work. All of my work is involved in an exploration of timing, form, and space.

My work has been exhibited extensively in galleries nationally and internationally, as well as the shows where I exhibit independently. Among those are: The Galeria Aristos, Museum of the University of Mexico; Beasley Art Gallery, San Diego, CA; Berkshire Art Museum, Pittsfield, Ma; The Gallery at Lincoln Center, NYC; Mark Milliken Gallery, NYC; and The Park Ave Armory, NYC.

I feel blessed to live in the beautiful Hudson Valley, not to far from the Hudson River, with my husband Paul Hartmann and our dog.
