Spirit Weight - Indonesian Buddha (Red)

Phoenix Studios

Ancient people recognized the cycles of life, of the moon, crops, and seasons through ritual, art, storytelling and dance. The human form has become a vessel for the expression of spirit. The elements of this ancient, visual language express the union of human being and nature. These images have become enmeshed in Susan Gott's art.
